01.

Initial
consultation

Our process begins with an on-site consultation with TLC Pool’s Director, Scott Wynd. Scott will meet with you to discuss your pool design, pool location and other important information to ensure the project is completed to the highest standard.

02.

Quote

Based on that initial consultation, we’ll prepare a detailed and complete written quote – there are no hidden charges or surprises.

03.

Pre-construction

Once you’re completely clear about the details of the quote and you’re happy to commence, we’ll coordinate the completion of all applications and documentation that’s needed to get work underway, including engineering, building permits and contracts.

Handover

Once construction is complete, we meet with you for the formal handover of your new pool. We make sure that you are clear on all the work that has been done, and that you are completely happy with it. We’ll also give you all the information you’ll need for successful care and maintenance of your new pool.
